Straight answers

What do you want to
know about creatine?

Your questions. In plain English.

Will creatine make me bulky?

No. Creatine helps your muscles do more work during training. Muscle size depends on how you train and eat, not just taking creatine.

Will I bloat?

Some people hold a little extra water inside their muscles in the first weeks. Digestive discomfort can also occur, especially with higher doses. A high-dose loading phase is not required.

Do I need to load it?

No. Taking 3 g daily can gradually raise muscle creatine levels over about four weeks. Consistency matters more than loading.

Is creatine only for men?

No. Creatine works through the same energy system in your muscles. HER FORM is the same creatine monohydrate, with a brand and routine made with you in mind.

Why 3 g?

3 to 5 g a day is a commonly studied maintenance range. HER FORM’s proposed serving is 3 g. HER FORM PRO’s is 5 g. Your training team or healthcare professional can help you choose what fits your circumstances.

When should I take it?

Whenever you’ll remember. Every day, including rest days. Consistency matters more than timing.

What do I mix it with?

The planned powder is unflavored. Mix it into water, coffee, a smoothie or your protein shake. Follow the final product’s directions when available.

Is it right for me?

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied sports supplements. If you’re pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication, check with your doctor first.

Can I take it if I’m a college athlete?

Always check your school’s and league’s rules with your sports dietitian or team medical professional. HER FORM PRO is still in development and is not currently certified for sport.

When can I order?

We’re preparing for launch. Prices and shipping details will be announced before pre-orders open.
